The Annual Louisiana Swamp Thing & Crawfish Festival hosts live music stages featuring Louisiana bands and Authentic Louisiana food vendors dishing out jambalaya to alligator and of course 7,000 pounds of large, boiled, live Crawfish. This is a family-friendly festival with activities for the children including bounce houses and slides, face painters and arts & crafts booths.
