The RoT Rally is an extremely organized event and part of it's success has to be given to the City of Austin, TX. During the Bike Week Congress Ave. is closed off in the downtown area to make room for the mass of bikers enjoying themselves. The city even provides train transportation to the attendees to help ease the traffic and the crowd.
